A Note From Our Founder

 

Welcome to Operation Restoration, where we believe in creating safe and accessible living spaces for individuals as they age. To help maintain the dignity of felons trying to maintain jobs and to help low-income families with rental assistance.

 

My name is Tamara Harrison-Hagans and I am honored to serve as the founder and executive director of this non-profit organization. My journey into the realm of home safety and restoration began through personal experience. As a caregiver for my father, I witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by aging individuals living in homes that are not tailored to their specific needs. This realization ignited my passion to make a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities.

My educational background includes a master’s in administration and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, providing me with a strong foundation in leadership, management, and organizational skills. Additionally, holding a North Carolina general contractor's license empowers me to oversee and ensure the quality and safety of our restoration projects.

 

At Operation Restoration, we are dedicated to transforming living spaces into safe, functional, and comfortable environments. Our team of professionals works tirelessly to assess, plan, and execute home modifications that promote independence and enhance overall quality of life.
